Introducing Shaeer’s Cavernotome, the first-ever coring cavernotome.

Penile Prosthesis Implantation in cases of penile fibrosis / corporal fibrosis is a very challenging procedure. Every implanter will encounter cases with scarred corpora cavernosa regardless volume of implantations. The resistance offered from the corporal fibrosis may make dilatation of the corpora cavernosa Impossible in some cases or risky in other cases. A cavernotome is an instrument that help with fibrous tissue excavation.

 

Shaeer’s Cavernotome is a new addition to the fibrous tissue excavation tools. This is the first-ever coring cavernotome. Coring with Shaeer Cavernotome is very effective in demolishing fibrous tissue, with slowly advancing rotatory movement rather than stabbing forwards against resistance. Stabbing is notorious for serious complications.

 

 

Shaeer’s Cavernotome will not only establish the track into scarred corporal bodies safely and effectively, but will also open a track that is wide enough for comfortable implantation of a regular-size implant. 

 

 

Shaeer Cavernotome is a hollow metal tube with a cutting edge at the tip. The cutting edge is in the form of triangular blades arranged around the permitter of the tip. Shaeer’s Cavernotome is manufactured out of the highest quality medical-grade material: Stainless Steel 316.

Advantages of Shaeer’s Cavernotome in Cases of Penile Fibrosis

 

SAFE

The risk involved with Shaeer’s Cavernotome is much less than dilatation using blunt dilators, sharp scissors or scalpel, since there is no forward-thrusting/stabbing  movement. On the contrary, Shaeer cavernotome, is advanced with controlled rotatory movement as it cuts the core of fibrous tissue. 

 

EFFECTIVE 

Shaeer Cavernotome can go through much more firm substances that corporal fibrosis with ease. Take a carrot for an example. Excavating scarred corporal bodies has never been easier with Shaeer’s Cavernotome. 

 

DILATED CORPORA CAVERNOSA

 The developed track into the scarred corporal bodies is wider since the it is available in different girth measurements.
